Regional growth culture
REG LAB is as a laboratory for good practice in regional economic development.
This Design Tool facilitated a seminar with the purpose of creating a common understanding of drivers of regional growth cultures among municipalities and private sector stakeholders in order to develop effective growth policies.
Through a mix of talks, panel discussions and co-creation sessions, participants discussed drivers of growth and development; drivers that are rooted in culture, habits and behavior patterns. The outcome of the workshop was a set of guiding principles for the participants to implement in their daily work.
The guiding principles were inspired by the correlations between growth culture of the population and the creation of value in companies.
